Privacy Policy
Tickframe collects no data. Your frames and videos stay on your iPhone.
Effective October 8, 2026.
What the app does not do
- It has no account and no sign-in.
- It sends nothing to us or to anyone else. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it does not connect to any server of ours.
- It does not read your location and adds no location to frames or videos.
Camera
Tickframe uses the camera only while its capture screen is open. Frames are saved as files inside the app on your iPhone, in Files › On My iPhone › Tickframe. They leave the device only when you share or save them yourself.
Photos
Saving a video or frames to Photos asks for add-only access: Tickframe can add to your library but cannot see it. Making a video from existing photos uses the system photo picker, which gives the app only the photos you select.
Purchases
Tickframe Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details or your Apple Account. The app checks on the device, with Apple’s StoreKit, whether Pro is unlocked.
Backups and crash reports
Like other app documents, your projects are included in iPhone backups to iCloud or a computer if you have backups turned on. If you chose to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may pass us crash reports and usage statistics that do not identify you.
Children
Tickframe collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
